We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG files. Vector files work best for die-cutting. Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know.
Once your order is placed and your file is received, we'll send a digital proof within 2 hours of your order. You have 24 hours to reply with any changes or your approval. No reply after 24 hours? We treat your silence as approval and go straight to print — your uploaded design is taken as-is. If you need more time, just reply to say so and we'll hold it.
We can match most colors very closely, but screens and printed materials look different. This is why samples are crucial — you'll see exactly how your colors will print before committing to a large order.
We use professional-grade lamination that provides superior UV protection, scratch resistance, and water resistance. Your stickers will survive laptops, water bottles, and outdoor use.
Due to differences between how screens display colors (RGB light) and how ink prints colors (CMYK), colors may appear different on your screen compared to the final printed product. This is normal across the entire printing industry. To ensure your stickers match your vision, we include a physical sample approval step before production. Your approved samples are the accurate color reference for your final order.
